About Greenlit

Good work needs a clear way to change.

Greenlit helps clients and service providers make scope changes visible, fair, and easy to approve.

A note from our founder

Keep the conversation human. Make the decision clear.

Greenlit was built around a pattern I kept seeing in good client work: the project starts with trust, the brief evolves, and everyone tries to be helpful. Then a small request becomes another revision, another meeting, or another deliverable. Nobody means to create a problem, but the original agreement gets harder to see. The provider absorbs the extra work, the client feels surprised by a later invoice, and the relationship carries the tension.

That is too high a price for being flexible. When the work changes, both sides deserve a simple way to understand the tradeoff before anyone starts. What is new? What will it cost? Does the finish date move? A shared, neutral record gives those questions a place to land without turning the conversation into a confrontation.

That is why Greenlit exists. It turns a change request into a clear decision that both people can see, discuss, and approve. The point is not to add ceremony to client work or put a wall between people. It is to protect the work by making the agreement keep pace with it.

I believe the healthiest client relationships are not the ones where nothing changes. They are the ones where change can be named early, priced fairly, and handled with respect. Greenlit is here to make that easier.

Our mission

Make scope clarity feel like care.

We help people make fair, informed decisions when good work evolves—so providers can protect their margins, clients can trust what they are approving, and the relationship stays stronger than the change request.
